Infuse Your Honey With Ginger In 20 Minutes For A Quick Immune Sustem Boost

With the start of a new season on the way, (hey, you were thinking it, I just said it) the kids are going back to school and there’s going to be less time spent outdoors during lunches and after work than there is during summer. Which means staying in close quarters with poor ventilation. And that breeds sickness. No one wants that. It’s not pleasant or fun or enjoyable.

With that in mind, I have prepared one of my favourite sickness remedies for you. Ginger infused honey.

This isn’t just great for colds and flu though it’s wonderfully soothing on your throat, tastes delicious, and has some great leftovers (I’ll explain later). But it also serves in just about every East Asian inspired recipe that calls for a touch of sweetness.

Honey is antibacterial, has soothing qualities for sore, itchy or scratchy throats. Honey can alleviate mild allergy symptoms and build up tolerance to pollen. Why? Honey contains trace amounts of pollen, which can encourage the body to produce antibodies to the pollen. That decreases the amount of histamine your body produces, which lessens your allergies eventually. Honey is also loaded with antioxidants which help fight both aging and Alzheimer’s. Plus taking honey 30 minutes before bed reduces night time coughing. Also honey stimulates serotonin which the body converts into melatonin. Melatonin helps you sleep.

Ginger is a powerful antioxidant, solving most problems with arthritis. It’s a wonder for all motion sickness (air, land, or sea). It solves nausea in pregnancy, and protects against colorectal cancer.

Ginger Infused Honey

What You’ll Need

    Candy Thermometer
A double boiler/or a heat safe bowl and a pot
Sterilized containers with lids (mason jars, salad dressing containers… whatever)
    2 Cups of Honey
1 ½ inches of fresh ginger root OR 2 Tablespoons of dried ginger

Steps

Peel and thinly slice your ginger. You can shred it or slice it into very thin slices
Place the honey in the top of the double boiler with water at the bottom
Add the ginger to the honey and bring the water to a boil
Monitor the honey with the candy thermometer.
Bring the honey to 185° and keep it at that heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it stand for another ten minutes
Strain out your ginger and pour it into your sterilized containers.
If you chose to thinly slice your ginger, keep the ginger – it’s honey-glazed ginger and it’s great for your upset tummy.

Note:

If you choose to go with slicing your ginger, you can leave a bit of honey with the ginger root, it preserves the ginger and the longer you leave it with the ginger the more infused the ginger becomes – the tastier it is.

You can preserve the shredded ginger too and use it other recipes (quick breads, stir fry… whatever)

5 Miracle foods that destroy belly fat

Trying to lose weight? There's a good chance there's one place that your body loves to hang on to fat. You probably know exactly where I'm talking about: your belly. Not only is it one of the hardest places to lose weight; it's also one of the most dangerous places to carry weight. Extra belly fact increases your risks of many health problems including hypertension and type II diabetes.

There are five foods that are optimal belly fat burning foods. You can eat nurtritous foods, feel full and still drop that unsightly and unhealthy belly fat.

Oatmeal: This old standby is a great way to start the morning. Because it's fiber rich, it digests slowly and you'll feel full longer. Oatmeal helps regulate your blood sugar levels so you won't have spikes and drops. Add a little fresh fruit like blueberries for taste without many calories. BUT don't buy the types of oatmeal that are pre-packed with sugar.

Wheat germ and chia seed: Chia seeds and wheat germ are another high in fiber food. Including two to three tablespoons per day in your diet is an excellent way to make you "regular." They are also high in protein and contain "good fats." They are easy to use because they require no advanced preparation. Both chia and wheat germ can be sprinkled on top of oatmeal, yogurt, or a salad. You can also add them to a green smoothie.

Spinach and other green vegetables: Spinach and other green vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber, which keeps you feeling full. Spinach only contains about 40 calories per cup. But in that cup you'll find vitamins A, C and K, folic acid, iron, and magnesium. Spinach is also a good source of calcium. Calcium helps your muscles contract and therefore the abdominal muscles will benefit from adequate calcium intake.

What if you don't really like spinach or vegetables? Or get tired of eating salads? The solution is an easy one. Just make a fruit smoothie in a good blender and add spinach or green veggies to the mixture as it blends. It's best to start with adding a handful or two at first. Sample the mixture before adding more. Sometimes it takes a while to adjust to the taste of the "green-ness" in a smoothie.

Beans and legumes: Like many of the other foods on this list; beans and legumes are high in fiber and rich in good protein. This means they too leave you feeling full for a long time. They also don't spike your sugar levels. When your glucose level rises quickly and then drops, your body tends to store the extra fat in your body. And guess where one of those favorite places is? The belly, of course. So any type of food that stabilizes your glucose level will help prevent belly fat. Beans and legumes are also good anti-inflammatories.

Almonds and other nuts: Nuts are good snack to keep with you at all times. You can keep some small plastic bags of nuts in your desk drawer at work for that mid-afternoon sag that always arrives around 2 or 3 o'clock. Put another bag in your purse or the glove compartment of your car. You'll have them handy when you're out running errands. The good fats and fiber in the nuts help you feel full without adding a lot of calories. They are also full of protein so they give your body a boost of energy. Always buy raw, unsalted nuts. If they don't have them at your grocery store try a health food store or local farmers market. Buy them in bulk and then divide them into smaller containers.

Don't think you have to spend the rest of your life carrying around dangerous belly fat. Add these foods to your diet and you'll eventually obtain the flat belly you've always wanted.

This Simple Detox is the Secret to Lose Belly Fat and get a Flat Stomach

Using a detox can be tricky, but this simple detox is the secret to lose belly fat and get a flat stomach. For the next seven days, you should do the following and prepare to be amazed.

Those people looking to lose weight fast and clear their mind while making their body feel healthier should look no further. This detox will help you get everything back on track at once and improve your mood as well.

What to Eat/Drink:

Fruit and Vegetables: Any and All. There are no limitations here.
Fish: Can be fresh, canned and in water or olive oil
Chicken and lean red meat: This category needs to be limited to two servings this week. Make sure if you eat chicken to not eat the skin.
Beans: Kidney beans, lentil and chic peas
Eggs: Try for organic only
Water: Attempt to drink one to three litres each day for the seven-day period
Green Tea, White Tea and decaffeinated black tea (make it very weak)
Raw and Unsalted nuts: Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews and Macadamia
Seeds: also raw and unsalted. Stick to sesame, pumpkin and sunflower.

What Not to Have:

Coffee
Dried Fruit
Grains: Breads
Sweeteners: sugar, honey, artificial sweeteners
Milk Products
Cigarettes
Alcohol
Day-to-Day Plan:

Start the day with lemon juice in hot water (½ a lemon in one cup). Next, try to exercise for an hour daily. The best exercises are jogging, walking uphill, hot yoga, boxing or even joining a spin class.

Next, eat as many raw foods as possible. Skip the cooking process. Try to meditate each day as well. Take this time to clear the mind and the body at once.

It is important to be drinking a lot of water. Fresh vegetable juice and herbal teas that support detox are also acceptable, and you should aim for three liters of liquid each day.

When eating, be sure to chew each mouthful 10 to 12 times. This helps with digestion and allows you to feel full more quickly, since it takes longer for the food to be sent to the stomach and the appropriate signals reach the brain more efficiently.

Finally, when you are about to take a shower, take some time and use a firm loofah or a body brush with natural fiber to do firm circular strokes across your skin. Then, shower as normal. This helps with circulation and that will give your efforts at detoxifying a boost.

Detoxifying has been found to help increase energy and successfully help with a quick weight loss. This is due to the focus on liquid intake, changing your diet to improve it and only eat raw foods that are beneficial to detoxing and providing nutrients. However, it should not be done if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have high blood pressure or are underweight.

Three Reasons Why You’re Losing Hair, And 8 Foods To Help Get It Back!

Do you have very bad hair? There are many issues which can link general health and hair condition. One of the best ways to tell a person’s health condition is by looking at their hair.

Men are usually more susceptible to losing hair, mainly because of their sparseness, but hair loss and baldness is equally present in women, and equally hurting. You can trust me as I’ve dealt with this, and the issues varied from vitamin loss to more serious and unpredictable health conditions.

If this is happening to you the most important thing is not to panic, because there are many ways to treat male or female baldness, and the treatment relies on the reason. What follows is a list of reasons for losing your hair:

Causes of hair loss

Pregnancy; it is more common after the baby is delivered rather then while you’re carrying it. The reason for the loss of hair during pregnancy is because giving birth is very stressful and traumatic to the body, so the hormones are fluctuating at a higher rate, which leads to hair loss. The upside of this is that you can expect to gain your hair back in a few months.

Physical stress

Physical trauma such as surgery, serious illness or a difficult case of flu can cause your hair to fall out. This is because of the hair growth cycle: growth phase, rest phase and shedding phase. When a stressful event as the aforementioned happen, it makes the hair skip the cycle and go directly to the shedding phase. The loss of hair is visible 3 to 6 months after the injury, but the good news is that it can regrow after recovery.

Enthusiastic stress

You’re more inclined to deal with hair loss from emotional anxiety rather than the physical one, but it does happen. It is currently not known if getting rid of stress can help your hair grow back, but it can’t hurt. Fight with the tension, and stock up on some anxiety killers which can be seen below.

Stress killer foods and tactics

One of the main things that can help stress related hair loss is a healthy diet, which can strengthen the immune system and lower the blood pressure. Food can fight stress in many ways, for example a bowl of oatmeal can boost serotonin, a calming chemical for the brain.

Complex carbs

    Spinach (and green, leafy vegetables)
    Non-GMO soy
    Fatty fish (salmon, tuna)
    Black tea
Nuts and seeds (pistachios, walnuts, almonds)
    Avocado

Foods rich in vitamin C

Overdose of vitamin A can cause hair loss, so it’s better to avoid foods rich in it.

Male pattern baldness/heredity

Male pattern baldness causes 2 of 3 men to lose their hair by the age of 60. This type of loss of hair can also be attributed to sex hormones and genes.

Female hormones

Just like pregnancy can cause loss of hair, so can birth control pills.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (POS)

The POS is an imbalance in the male and female sex hormones. To counter it, we’ll give you some tips for balancing the hormones. Eating a variety of foods in fatty acids (short, medium or long ones) is most important to keep your hormones in check.

Exercises

    Avoid chronic cardio
    Get more sleep
    Limit the intake of caffeine
    Heal leaky gut
    Go off birth control pills
    Over-the-counter and prescription drugs

Anemia

    Vitamin B deficiency
    Hypothyroidism
    Autoimmune related hair loss
    Lupus
    Over styling of the hair

How To Naturally Cure Skin Tags, Moles, Warts, Blackheads, And Age Spots

Blemishes and warts are a pretty common skin problem. They develop for any number of reasons and can be unsightly. Fortunately, you can easily get rid of them naturally. Here’s how it’s done.

Warts

Generally, warts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus or HPV. There are 100 different types of warts that impact people, and they’re relatively easy to get rid of. All you really need to do is dab the warts with apple cider vinegar and cover with a bandage. Replace the bandage twice a day. I’ve also heard of duct tape working well. Just paste a bit of the tape over the wart and leave on. After 6 days, you can soak it in water for a while and then rub off with a pumice stone.

Skin tags

Skin tags develop because of friction from our clothing usually. Again, apple cider vinegar will do the trick to get rid of them. Just swab some ACV on the skin tag with a cotton ball a few times a day and it’ll eventually fall off. Tea tree oil works too. It should take about 10 days.

Moles

Moles aren’t generally harmful. Of course, it’s important to know the signs of skin cancer. Mostly moles are just unsightly. You can get rid of moles by crushing garlic and applying to the mole, then covering with a bandage for at least four hours a day. Apple cider vinegar can work too but it’s a bit less effective.

Blackheads

Really the key to getting rid of blackheads is to keep your pores clean. You can open up your pores with steam before washing. Apply a natural astringent like apple cider vinegar and then a moisturizer like coconut oil.

Age spots

I’m a big fan of taking on aging with grace, but sometimes age spots can make you feel self conscious. They’re caused by too much exposure to the sun. Fortunately, lemon juice acts like a bleaching agent for the skin, so applying to the skin a few times a day will lighten up dark spots. Be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen!

6 Ways to Burn Your Belly Fat Fast

One of the most common questions I get is how to lose belly fat. Belly fat is actually the most dangerous type of fat – besides aesthetics, large waist lines are indicators of –disease-disease-disease.

It takes more than just crunches! We start to gain weight in our midsection when our cortisol levels spike. Stress is one of the primary culprits for high levels of cortisol secretion. When this happens cortisol breaks downs lean muscle (the type of tissue that burns calories most efficiently) and also holds on to fat storage in the abdominal region. That stress can even get WORSE with bad dieting; studies show that the stress caused by dieting can increase cortisol levels, making no change in belly fat even with calorie restriction. So how do you shape up? Incorporate these 6 things below and you will be on your way to a flatter belly in no time flat!

1. Sleep

If you want to work late at night, think again. When your biorhythms are off, you end up eating more. When you’re tired you produce more ghrelin, which triggers cravings for sugar and other fat-building foods. Losing sleep can also alter your hormone production, affecting your cortisol levels that cause insulin sensitivity, prime reasons for belly fat! Getting about 7 hours of sleep a night is one of the best things you can do for your body shaping goals.

2. Short bursts of exercises

1000 crunches a night may get you strong abdominal muscles, but with a full layer of fat on top, you will not get the results you really want. Instead of all those crunches, do exercises that engage multiple muscle groups and work your cardiovascular system. Try planking, where you hold yourself in a push-up position, resting your forearms on the ground. Try 3 or 4 sets of holding for 30 seconds each. Getting up and moving throughout the day by going for walks will also help.
Recommended by Forbes

3. Sugar is your Enemy

Fighting belly fat is 80% healthy diet. Reduce calories by filling yourself up with protein, vegetables, whole grains, and replacing bad habit snacks with good ones. For example, if you have a sugar craving, replace your calorie laden latte with a Muscle Milk lite, one of my favorites, because it has zero sugar and a ton of protein that will satiate while also torching my sugar craving! Another great trick is a sprinkle of cinnamon in your morning coffee or oatmeal- the spice has been shown to help stabilize blood sugar. It also slows the rate at which food exits the stomach, which helps you feel fuller longer.

4. Vitamin C

When you’re under extreme stress, you secret more cortisol hormone. Vitamin C helps balance the cortisol spikes that happen to you under this stress. Besides being a good way to counteract a cold, Vitamin C is also essential for making carnitine, a compound used by the body to turn fat into fuel, making this vitamin your fat burning friend.

If you’re going through an emotional crisis, stress from work, or a bad eating splurge, increase your vitamin C – it’ll help counteract the negative side effects. Try bell peppers, kale or kiwi fruits. These have even more Vitamin C than the famous Orange!

5. Eat Fat

Yup, you heard me! It takes fat to burn fat. Like I said above, it’s sugar that gets you fat, not fat. Good fats include foods rich in Omega 3′s, like salmon, avocados & walnuts. These foods are full of nutrients that help keep you satiated throughout the day.

6. Slowing down your breath

This is a very simple method that you can use even when you’re in the midst of doing something else. Whenever you notice you’re feeling tense and uptight check and see how you’re breathing. Most people under stress either alternate holding their breath with short breaths, or take rapid shallow breaths. After you become aware of your own breathing, consciously relax your belly and slow down the breathing. This works best if you focus on slowing down the exhalation rather than your inhalation. With each exhalation you can say to yourself “slow down”. That is all there is to it- Simple but surprisingly effective!!!

These Women Drank a Glass of Tomato Juice for 2 Months: You Will Be Amazed by the Results!

Scientists from the University of Taiwan decided to make an experiment and discover why tomato juice is so healthy.

Women of different ages, weight and origin drank one glass (250 ml) every day for two months.

The most visible result was considerable weight loss, and according to experts, this wasn’t due to removing excess water, but only eliminating fat reserves.

The women who participated in the examination did not change any eating habits or exercise, but there were obvious results.

The blood samples from the tested women showed reduced levels of cholesterol and increased lycopene-an antioxidant in tomatoes which has a positive effect to the health.

The study showed that one glass of tomato juice a day boosts the immune system, protects from heart diseases, and reduces cancer risk. Moreover, this drink helps with digestion problems, supports the elimination of excess water, keeps health and avoids bladder, pancreas, liver and lungs diseases.

Tomato juice is good for the skin and notably reduces coughing, prevents anemia, eases rheumatic symptoms and drastically improves blood.

The muscle pain after an intensive workout can disappear if you consume tomato juice. This beverage is a great natural remedy for muscle cramps because it is rich in magnesium.

Additionally, tomato includes potassium, calcium, vegetable proteins, carbohydrates and vitamin C.

Add it to your diet and feel the benefits immediately. If you are buying the industrially processed tomato juice make sure it is organic, so the effects are complete.

These Women Drank a Glass of Tomato Juice for 2 Months. You Will Be Amazed by the Results!

The best option is to make a homemade juice with:

– 13 pounds of tomatoes

– 4 tablespoons of sugar

– 2 tablespoons of salt

How to prepare it:

After you remove the stems, wash the tomatoes in cold water. Slice and pound the tomatoes, add salt and sugar, and then cook the mixture at medium heat.

Stir repeatedly to prevent burning. When the mixture starts to boil cook it for 10 more minutes and don’t stop stirring. Pour the cooked mixture into glass bottles.

Place the bottles in a cool place.

What Will Happen If You Spend the Night with Garlic in Your Ear?

Garlic is a natural antibiotic and is used in many ways…
Garlic is a natural antibiotic and is used in many ways. You can consume it raw, and to avoid its odor, wrap a smaller piece in bred and swallow it.

One clove of garlic can relieve earache.

Simply place the garlic in the ear, but not too deep inside. Fix it, go to bed and the next day the pain would go away.

What Will Happen If You Spend the Night with Garlic in Your Ear

Garlic actually helps in softening of the ear wax. It also reduces inflammation.

You can prepare  garlic oil as well to prevent the pain in the ear, and the recipe is bellow:

Ingredients:

chopped garlic
glass jar
olive oil
dropper
Lavender essential oil (optional)

PREPARATION

Put the chopped cloves of garlic in a glass jar and pour olive oil over them. The oil should completely cover the garlic one finger above it.
Place the bowl in a warm place, but be careful not to be exposed to direct sunlight or very high temperatures, because it can lose its healing properties.
After a few days (3-5), strain the oil and place it into dropper bottles.
Optionally you can add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil. It will increase efficiency and extend its shelf life.
If kept sealed and in a cool, dry place then the drops should last a year or more.

Also, never use the drops when fluid drains out of the ear or if the eardrum is damaged.  However, before you decide to apply this method, consult a specialist and a physician, because every pain needs professional diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

3 Ways To Minimize Stubborn Face Fat: Tone Up From The Neck Up!

Are you struggling with a few extra pounds on your face? You seem to be losing fat everywhere but your face or you seem normal weight but only from your neck down?

Stephen S. Park, the president of the American Academy Of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, explains how when we gain or lose weight, we are not increasing or decreasing the number of fat cells. Instead, the cells themselves are enlarging or shrinking. That is why some people will report always having a problem area, regardless of weight. They have more fat cells in that area than other people do.

What’s more, other born-with-them characteristics, such as your bone structure and the size of structures nestled in your face (like your saliva glands), can make a face look fuller, says Park. And while there’s nothing you can do to change your genetics or spot-reduce fat, there are some ways you can help thin out a ballooning face:

Ways-to-Minimize-Stubborn-F

Get Rid Of Excess Water

Alcohol, sugar, and salt intake are the main reasons for your faces looking fulle,r says medical weight-loss expertSue Decotiis, M.D. They can all cause your body’s tissues—including those in your face—to hold onto water. Cut down on your consumption of these face-bloaters, and up your intake of water. When you are dehydrated, your body is more apt to retain any water flowing through it.
Treat Any Food Intolerances.

If you are one of those people with food allergies or intolerances such as gluten sensitivity and irritable bowel syndrome you are most probable to have a fuller faces. Bloating is a common symptom that something’s not right with your digestive process. According to the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders, it’s unclear why IBS (which affects up to 15 percent of U.S. adults) causes bloating, but gas within the gut appears to have nothing to do with it.
Your Hormones Are Surging.

If your face swells during “that time of the month,” you may benefit from talking to your gyno about steadying your hormones. Right before your period strikes, your body experiences a spike in the hormone progesterone, which is to thank for most PMS symptoms, including facial swelling, says Decotiis. If you’re also experiencing hot flashes and your periods are irregular, you may be entering into perimenopause, which leads up to menopause and can last for years. Think that’s an older woman’s problem? Think again. In some women, perimenopause starts as early as their mid-thirties.

How to Make Coconut Water Kefir

Coconut water kefir is basically fermented coconut water. It is an unbelievably rich probiotic drink that also contains really high amounts of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes. The vitamin and mineral content of coconut water includes beta carotene, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Niacin, pantothenic acid, folates and vitamins A,B6, C, E and K. What’s more important and why it’s considered better than regular kefir is the fact it doesn’t contain the problematic substances that regular dairy has such as casein and lactose. This just means that your body will process these probiotic benefits better. Coconut water kefir is believed to be the most beneficial probiotic beverage because it has a much more potent effect on the digestive system than any dairy probiotic food such as yogurt.

As we know, dairy is acid forming and not a lot of people can handle it.  Additionally, the main minerals or electrolytes in coconut water are the same as those found in human blood.

Health Benefits of coconut water kefir

Stops sugar cravings
Strengthens the immune system
Aids in digestion
Enhances hydration
Increases energy
Clears the skin
More efficient metabolism
Destroys pathogenic yeasts in the body
Improves vision
Great source of dietary minerals such as natural sodium, chloride, and potassium
Has a cleansing effect on the endocrine system
Eases PMS
How to Make Coconut Water Kefir

There are three ways to make your own coconut water kefir:

Use existing kefir as a starter
Use a kefir starter culture
Use kefir grains
This is my favorite method. I think making water kefir with grains is the way to go. Fist you will need kefir grains (either water or milk kefir grains).  You can buy grains here. This method is more economical since the grains multiply fast which means you’ll always have them on hand.

Ingredients

7 cups fresh coconut water
5 tablespoons water kefir grains

Instructions

Add 8 cups of coconut water to your 1/2 gallon jar.
Place the water kefir grains in the coconut water. Cover loosely and let it sit for 48 hours (not longer). Do not let it ferment too long; it might explode.
Once fermented, coconut water will become cloudy and lighter in color.  The kefir grains will rise up to the top when they are done culturing. When the culturing process is complete, remove the kefir grains.  Grains can be used immediately for a new batch or you can store them in water in the refrigerator.
That’s it! So easy but so good for you!

11 Simple Tips To Get Rid Of Bacne (Back Acne)

Many of us must be having some real small bumps on the back and may be near the shoulder. Such bumps similar to acne are commonly called asback acne or bacne. They are said to resemble very much like the regular acne and could possibly take several forms like pimples, blackheads and cysts. They also are said to be painful at times and could also include pus, especially due to the over oily glands.

Many of the doctors say that bacne occurs most of the time during puberty especially when the sebacous glands become more active during this period, thus blocking pores and hair follicles. This results in bacteria attraction, causing acne. They could make that spot quite red too.
What causes BACNE?

Answer:

Sebaceous glands secrete oil called sebum that makes the skin soft, supple and pliable. But during summer or harsh winters depending upon the skin type, sebum secretion increases or decreases respectively. This causes the bacne. Back acne is also caused by too much perspiration and sweating from exercise. This is also known to be the reason that aggravates the condition of your bacne.

In this article I have thoroughly researched and brought the remedies to ”bacne”. They are quite simple to follow and easy to put to use. Try for maximum benefits.
Here are the things you can do to prevent bacne:

1) Exfoliate your back skin using a gentle body scrubber. However, try not over scrub the area. You can make your own scrub by adding lots of salt and lots of sugar to olive oil or milk. Then you can scrub it with a loofah. However, keep in mind that scrubbing your back too hard will result in skin irritation and you could possibly be left with rashes and scars.

2) Comfortable, loose clothes in the summer maintain air circulation in your body making you sweat less. Cotton clothes are the best choice during summers and soft woolen during winter. Avoid wearing tight clothes as it gets difficult for the skin to breath. This will also help you reduce the risk of bacne. Cotton clothes otherwise are known to keep the skin calm, unlike the nylons. So when home try wearing cotton.

3) After coming from gym or after any hectic, sweaty work, change your clothes immediately. You can also take a lukewarm water shower to keep the sweat and acne causing bacteria of your body. Make sure to wear loose and comfortable clothes.

4) Be kind to your skin and use glycerin or milk or moisturizing cream based germ-killing soaps instead of using harsh, soapy soaps. Harsh soaps will strip the natural oils away, leaving your skin further complicated, dull and dry.

5) Wear clean clothes and try to wash your clothes with anti bacterial detergents to keep germs away.

6) Always have a balanced diet. Try to drink lots of fruit juices and eat lots of green vegetables. Green vegetables are tasty when cooked properly. They will help maintain the desired body fats and acids, thus reducing the risk of bad fats spoiling the over all skin health.

7) Try to use products made of natural ingredients like neem, honey, lime, multani mitti and rosewater for your back. They will help you keep the oils balanced, thus reducing the risk of acne.

8) If you’re having too much of bacne and nothing is working, probably, go and visit a reputed dermatologist as soon as possible. A good dermatologist is your best guide, always.

9) Tea tree oil is also good for treating bacne.
tree tea oil benefits on skin

10) Aloe Vera gel can be used for your bacne to reduce the swelling and redness on your back.

11) Change your bed sheets, pillow covers frequently.

Take care girls, I hope I helped! Final word from me is that always consult a dermatologist if there is any critical aggravation of your bacne. Have a great day everyone. Please post your valuable suggestions in the comments section below.

Note: – Please don’t use any home remedies mentioned above if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

What Causes Cracked Heels?

As a saying goes, a man is judged by his shoes and a woman by her feet!
Poems have been written in the history about the beauty of a woman’s feet. Also, there are amazing paintings depicting female feet. Apart from all these acclaims, there are so many advertisements which boast about beautiful feet. However, having heels in the perfect condition is a time-consuming task.  Regular work and busy schedules may put you off from taking break and concentrating on your feet.

Cracked Heels Causes

The causes of crack in foot heels may may be due to several reasons. Some of them are mentioned below:

1. Prolonged standing can lead to hardening of the skin on feet, which may later crack up. The only way to avoid such conditions is by wearing cushioned footwear. Also take frequent breaks by moving around while standing for a long time.

2. Hard floors may also cause cracks in your feet. Constant pressure on the skin may aggravate the problem. In the long run, the bone of the heel outgrows, which leads to severe pain.

3. Obesity, along with prolonged standing may lead to increased pressure on your feet.

4. Constantly wearing the same kind of footwear, especially flat ones can cause cracks. The exposed portion of your feet can also lead to cracked heels.

5. Continuous exposure to water leads to cracked heels. This is mostly an occupational hazard.

6. The skin on the heels thickens with age and may crack-up with time. With increasing age, your skin tends to lose its elasticity and moisture.

7. Too many hot showers have the same effect on your heels as they remainder of your skin. Avoid using steaming hot water even during pedicures. Washing your feet twice a day and drying the skin dry towel after each wash helps to keep the heels protected.

8. Medical conditions such as vitamin deficiency, diabetes, thyroid conditions and psoriasis can cause cracked heel.

9. Avoid using harsh soaps on your heels. It strips the moisture out from the skin!

10. Too much scrubbing can lead the removal of too many layers off your skin which results in excessive dryness and cracks.

11. But one of the most important of causes is the lack of hydration. Drinks a lot of hydration.

Tips to make feet attractive:

• Regular pedicures: Pedicures help in getting rid of dead skin at regular intervals. Regular pedicure helps to maintain the feet in a good condition.

• External moisture: Before going to bed wash your feet, towel dry, and apply a foot cream. Foot creams are designed to deeply nourish the hard skin on the feet. You can see the wonders in a week.

• Change your footwear frequently.

• If your job requires long-standing, don’t forget to wear comfortable footwear.

• If you are suffering from a medical condition, consult your Physician.

These are some of the most important things to remember when it comes to care for heels. Hope you tried the above tips
